Alito Opposes Mo. Execution
Alito joins five members of the Supreme Court in turning down a last-minute request by Missouri to force an execution. (The article's wording is "allow".)
Not bad. If this is Alito, what I can extrapolate in this still-early time is that the court could be, but not necessarily, more dynamic, making it difficult to classify the judges as being liberal side or conservative side, which is what we want.
Oh, ho, ho, Johnny Roberts, siding with Scalia and Thomas again, the most conservative members. Democrats liked you more, but Alito may still prove to be the judge more favorable to us. It's ironic.
