Bush: Bush may say in the State of the Union address, "America is addicted to oil which is often imported from unstable parts of the world."

I had to use it at least once . . . to rage, rage against the dying of the meme!

I don't know what he'll propose doing until he makes the speech, but putting the environment on a high priority with repeated reminder to the citizens of America is what I would want any president to do, no matter what his party is.
