How Presidents were Wrong

Anyone that critiques ex-President Clinton with an understanding of global politics must be taken seriously. We are not at all prepared to stand our grounds against rising China. We cannot expect any country to cooperate whose great power would allow it to stand braggartly in its abuse. Once we have reached another bipolar world, we must seriously consider whether we are or will be prepared to handle China, both as our adversary and as our ally.
