Yahoo! vs. Human Rights

How can any company, particularly Yahoo! allow the Chinese Communist government to arrest and jail a person for giving out sensitive political information to dissident websites by providing evidence that he had done so?

Apparently, Yahoo! doesn't want to lose business to protect Shi Tao for disagreeing with his government's policies.
If you are publicizing information and views that your government doesn't want exposed - even if you believe you have the right to do so under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - companies like Yahoo! will not shield you from your government.
Blasphemers! Yet what's sad and hypocritical is I won't stop using Yahoo! That doesn't mean I can't protest, it's just that my words are quaintly moot.
