a death of an online friend
Framboisesven passed away on Sunday. He was known as "A Quiet Mind" on GamEx, a site where a section of GLBT community can show its love for video games. His name was Chris Gregory. He died of an epileptic seizure on Monday. FoxHound linked to this obituary.
It's true that he always wanted the best of everyone, and he dreamt of making the world a better place. I could tell from his posts that he had a humorous side, but also a tender heart.
As for me, though I know him very little, and chat with him infrequently, I always watched him making posts after posts. I enjoyed each one of them. He says a lot of things and is always entertaining. Now I'm wishing that I knew him better, or at least made an effort to talk to him on the new-fangled instant messaging thing.
Still, we commented on each other's posts once in a while. His last comment on mine was the Star Wars. My last comment on his was the poem that he wrote.
He likes Shakespeare, along with mythology and other interests, but I'm not sure how to dedicate something to him. Maybe I will just leave it be.
