Oil Prices
$78 a Barrel
I am surprised to see my prayer coming to light.
I was talking to God (of no particular religion), even though he probably couldn't influence prices of gas, that I would love to see the price of gas go up to and above $5 a gallon.
Some people would say it's to be expected, therefore my prayer wasn't really a prayer as much as a well-timed interposition in the midst of increasing conflicts that made higher gas price a strong statistical probability.
Who cares? When (or if) it comes to pass, I can say "I called it." And God helped it along for the mushroom cloud-shaped Rapture.
