The Da Vinci Code--no spoilers
I have finished reading The Da Vinci Code, and it's great! I read from Language Log that some linguist had a problem with Dan Brown's horrid use of language, but I didn't see anything wrong. Maybe that's because I haven't studied Linguistics.
But by the end of the book, I was immensely satisfied. It is a splendid book, different from Angels and Demons, yet more rewarding because of its message.
I can certainly say that I am completely affirmed in my love of iambic pentameter because of this book and of science and discovery.
