That's nice. Gas price is causing people to drive less. Isn't it wonderful.
Dear God, I know you probably can't do it, and some people will try to convince you that raising gas price hurts them a lot, but please, I would love to see the price of gas go up to and above $5 a gallon.
Then, I hope you'll help the gas station owners who will suffer. The oil companies who will be unable to find any more oil despite making record profit. And the American people who live in suburbs and gated communities and rely on driving all the time. Help them by hurting them.
Then there's also Asia, that China and India conglomerates. Please slow their economy as much as you can until they change emission standards. I know there's no way, since Kyoto doesn't prevent developing countries--and China and India are considered "developing"--but just help them by hurting them.
