Harvard has the Implicit Association Test, where you implicitly associate words with pictures. Although I knew that I was biased, and although the website told me to be prepared for the result, even if it is unwanted, if I should so choose to take a test.

I wanted to see if I was age-biased, and unfortunately, I was. I have an "strong automatic preference for young people."

Well, I do, but I also want to change that. It just hurts me, but I guess this is the way I think. I always try to say, "No sense in discriminating" but I still discriminate.
