Enterprise Canceled

This has been going around, but anyway, I first heard about it at G/E and commented on it, which I reproduce below:

"Oh, finally.

They originally promised to take a sabbatical before producing another series. They didn't and came up with a show that I could not enjoy watching, and did not create the kind of appeal that made me want to watch TNG and DS9.

I would appreciate the show not deliberately "winking" at me or putting scenes or jokes in that make me groan, and instead simply reaffirms a philosophy or creates a new one."

If you don't find me here, I'm most likely still going over there, somewhere around.
