Jumper
I watched Jumper, mainly because I found Griffin cute. The movie was substanceless, extremely boring, but I enjoy the special effects. If you're watching it to get some fulfillments, please skip the movie. If you're watching it to be impressed, then enjoy it.
The beginning was cliche, typical of any stock science fiction movie. The dialogue was cheesy, as if it lost awareness of how often it's been done that I wonder how these actors and even the movie characters can take themselves seriously, saying the same thing that any movie character would have said.
The ending was anti-climatic. It just didn't develop to that point where characters could change their minds without letting the audience understand.
At times, however, it was at least slower than other movies. I disliked Ratatouille, for example, because it moved quickly without letting any pause for thought.
I love Stanley Kubrick's movies because they allowed for contemplation, like museum pieces.
