Senate and House
Looks like I was wrong. Or half-wrong. I thought several months ago that Congress would remain in Republican control.
It appears that will not be the case. The House will be in Democratic control; the Senate, however, remains very much on the Republican side. I'm not sure if it's 50-50, but that still means Cheney will be the necessary tie-breaker.
Let's see what Nancy Pelosi, the representative from San Francisco, is going to do in Washington, D.C. as the majority leader of the House.
