Reason has a Lord -- apparently --
I had thought otherwise --
A thing vice versa predisposed
Or reason was but itself --

No other monarchy referred --
To think but a "to be"
Yours but by you -- a choice --
Not Venus over Mercury.

God has reason, I suppose -- Capriciousness
To us is "his mysterious way" --
If God has thoughts, were they his choice?
Does Reason need a god -- to be?
