The Homophone of Fayt
Lately I've been studying a lot. I have always procrastinated in my studying, but I usually manage to scrape by with a B or A, preferably an A. Unfortunately, it looks like I won't be able to get by with not studying now. So I have to dive into the books more.
Anyway, I have some ideas of what I'd like to try out—Castlevania: Curse of Darkness.
I was playing Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, and I later found out that that it was the third or fourth of a series. I did a search, and apparently, that scene with Dion and Ameena dying was supposed to make me weep, because of their previous history in the previous games.
Now that makes me curious about the background of the story. I so want to play the previous games so I can understand what's happening now.
Meanwhile, I can't wait for the semester to end so that I can dive more deeply into this game. This game is quickly becoming a favorite because of the real-time battle sequence of the game as well as the fact that I can avoid fighting enemies.
Unlike Final Fantasy, in which I perpetually get into a random fight everywhere I walk, I always have the option of running away in this game; additionally, I like the action fighting in the battle, which makes it more different from turn-based system.
The one clincher is that I have two other characters managed by the computer's AI while I can fight on my own. Sure, sometimes I have to switch characters to bail them out of something stupid they always do, such as dying on me or overcasting magic, but I love it. It's the best part.
It's also the reason I'm looking into Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, because apparently the main character has an "Innocent Devil" following him that can help attack enemies for him.
I always love games where I can work together with other people, or other AI to accomplish tasks. It's my weak spot.
The irony is, I haven't gotten into Massively Multiplayer Online games yet.
