3 kids feared dead thrown into SF Bay
My God. She might have schizophrenia or severe depression.
The children were 1, 2, and 6. The location was Pier 7. It's horrible. I don't know if this can be classified as part of the post-partum depression, but it sounds like it. I'm not just aggrieved, but I'm also frightened about the mental state that people get in that lead them to do the most horrific things. It (in a macabre way) fascinates and terrifies me to think about dementia, the voices in your head that deprive you of your own thoughts, so chaotic and disjointed from the deep recesses of your mind and self that people must believe they are supernatural, otherworldly voices of devils and angels.
What are thoughts? What makes you so sure they're yours? How do you identify your reasonings as a part of you? It's natural to have a dialogue with yourself, "talking to yourself," but how does it feel to actually be having a dialogue with someone that is not real? Where is this voice from? It gives me a lot of goosebumps to think about that.
