Dean: Someone bonkered?

I'm finally convinced.

I like Dean. I wanted him to win the nomination for the Democratic Party.

But this simply disturbs me. Howard Dean thinks that the right-wing Supreme Court is responsible for allowing the city to take away homeowner's property for business.

Um, hello? Those who dissented were conservatives, like Rehnquist and O'Conner.

Equally complicit though, the two parties are.
