How Gamers Can Help Cure Cancer

If you have a PlayStation 3 or XBox 360 (both will be released somewhen in 2006), why not use them to cure cancer?
What a fantastic idea, especially since developers are putting in Internet access capability, and a hard drive. With so much raw computing power that I'm not using, it would be sweet if it could be part of the distributed computing network to solve the world's diseases, from Alzheimer's to breast cancer to tuberculosis and malaria.
