Sorenson VP-200

Exciting. They'll replace VP-100 with VP-200 for free. I wonder what would happen if I moved away, or changed my email address, so I can't be notified?
One of the biggest problem I can see so far is that the Sorenson VPs, in general, are made to sit on top of the TV, but it isn't exactly designed for flatscreens. So either the TV could be made a little less flatter, or a VP should have a stand that can attach to the TV and not fall off.
I suspect the problem is that Deaf people, some of them, are not exactly known to be rich enough to afford a fancy new TV. So most likely the VP-200 will accommodate the vast majority of its users with CRT.
Still, it is very exciting to wait for the release of a new version of an old way to communicate. And, it's free! (For Deaf people at least.)
