Proposition 80 is also going down. It's unfortunate. Now people are going to say, "oh, people don't want re-regulation because they voted it down in 2005. That means that we have a mandate to prevent any government interference in the market, just like we have a mandate to forbid same-sex marriage passed by the people in 2000. Just because it's five years ago doesn't mean it has less validity, because it can't be changed."

I only hope that the next re-regulation law will be better worded and supported. I'd really love to see green measures passed to allow us to have access to renewable energy resources.
