I feel good

because I spent all day, from 9 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon, scraping off old paints and repainting a house for renovation. This is an act of voluntarism for me that is none too common. It was done with a group of other people also volunterring. I have some paints on my shirt and pants and on my arms. It was hard work, but fun too.

I will go again tomorrow, for putting in the primer that will make the paint stay permanent.

This house is just one house of many that we are renewing for the residents. It is part of a group called "Rebuilding Together." It was formerly known as "Christmas in April."

It's good work. I kept being reminded of a musical that I saw, Batboy in my high school,
"We can't rid ourselves of our Christian Charity.
We can't rid ourselves of our Christian Charity!"
It was a good musical, better than what I've seen lately or in the past year. The musical--I would recommend you who like musicals to see it--had a tragic ending, which I like.

I can't stand magic show anymore.
