Then there's the kicking Greenspan off the Federal Reserve. I supported him for his actions in managing the economy during Clinton years, but when he "blessed" Bush's tax cut, that was the start of my disillusionment.
Here's a story you may not have known: When Greenspan lowered the interest rate to 1%, he affected the senior citizens who saved money in extremely safe investments, federal government bonds and so forth. So they got less return for their money.
