In any case, what was interesting the switch to paper ballot, after an original plan for e-voting machine:

Results were delayed in Alameda County, another Democratic stronghold, because of a last-minute switch from electronic voting machines to paper ballots.

I doubt Angelides will win, since he is advocating raising taxes and such.

Still, he's honest.
