In America and Great Britain, the fourth estate censors itself.

There is no doubt that the cartoon displaying Muhammad with a bomb on top is racist. Still, those people calling for the beheading of the cartoonists are not discrediting the stereotypes. Their demands that the government apologize for or gain control of the press show their ignorance of the separation between the government and the press. Their acceptance of hateful anti-Semitic images highlight their hypocrisy.

America's pluralistic society is something that they have not learned to comprehend. It is the idea that non-Muslims do not have to follow Islam or Islam's law that they cannot accept.

Note that I used the word "illegal" intentionally, to spark a thought.
