New York Transit Strike: Obviously greedy transit workers. The millions of dollars that is amassed in daily transit, and even tourists are stuck.
The time has come to automate all transit service. There's no need for people anymore. Just get computer-controlled trains.
Then again, we may get stuck with incidents like this mother in South Korea with her stroller caught. But since New York has so many people, I'm sure there will be dozens that will come to save anybody that is caught.
Even if the famed rudeness of New Yorkers is true, the people may be more altruistic than you can imagine, especially in times of the greatest needs.
