Blogspot has backlink

I didn't know about that until now. So if it's been around for a while, my apology for saying the same thing as other people. It's like Trackback, but named differently. It will help you keep track of other pages linking to you.

What's annoying is that it only shows up if I have comments on. Since I was leaning toward allowing no comments, this encourages me to leave comments on. Maybe I'll just remove the CommentsEnabled tags so I only have trackb--I mean--backlinks available.

No need for Haloscan anymore?



UPDATE: There are two limitations of Backlink: First is the inability for me to ping another site, like Trackback; second is that I will not know I have been linked to until Google BlogSearch does its blogbot dance.
